Private sessions provide the perfect setting to address and meet individual needs. They will help you to improve posture, minimise pain, gain confidence to attend group classes, deepen your practice, answer questions or simply to help you move deeper in to the next step for your life.

Each session is unique will depend on the person’s needs, limitations, abilities and interests. The work format will vary from different techniques such as Pilates, Yoga, fascia release or bodywork as needed, these techniques will be put together on an intelligent sequence to achieve the desire result.

Is important for me to hear the client’s history and interests in seeking help. Once on board I will observe alignment, proportion, posture and movement patterns to identify and have a map of specific areas of tension and slack so we can work to bring the natural equilibrium in the system.

How It works

  1. Book a 20 min zoom conversation or a phone call with me to talk about the reasons you are approaching my services. I want to hear about you.

       This has a cost of £20

  1. Pre-book 5 Sessions of one hour for £250

       Why do I need to pre-book 5 sessions?

Because it takes that time to establish a sense of trust, safety and understanding of your process. This is not a pill method, it is a long-lasting healing experience.  My aim is that the client can become his or her own somatic educator, not having to rely all the time on someone else to alleviate unease and discomfort or pain, as well as my aim is that the person feels confident to attend weekly classes with me to maintain the healing effects, such as: having more energy, be able to sit on the floor, walk with no pain, work in front of the desk with ease, find inner support and balance, and / or get regular exercise such as running, sports, etc.
