Ancestral Body Retreat
Dance with the Earth, Dance with your Ancestors, Dance your Inner Dance
retreat content & Venue
Accompanied by the warm heart of traditional Mexican Cacao Ceremony and the fragrance of woodland in springtime on the Dartington Estate in Devon, come and dive deep into the mystery, movement and stillness of our ancestral body, the body of memory that connects past present and future, the body of our belonging to the earth and the body of our belonging to one another
This non-residential somatic retreat is a deeply healing and transformational retreat integrating cacao ceremony, song, contemplation & movement in nature, inner dance and creative process.
We will spend time working outside in nature, in the forest and by the river on the Dartington Estate and sit round the outdoor fire for the ceremonies. Quieter more contemplative practices will be held in the Nest (the beautiful eco structure) that will be our centre, holding us at The Glade.
