The Studio is located at 141 Tower Road BN15 9JL in the back garden of my house.

To enter, please open the black gate and follow the lights, at the end of the garden you will see a black shed, that is the studio.

Please be mindful when parking, make sure you are not blocking any neighbour parking space

    A 5-weeks workshop that will help you understand deeper the anatomy and physiology of your body, allowing you to go further into the healing benefits of Yoga and Pilates practices.

    A deep meditative yoga movement lesson with soft healing yoga movements to find the liberation of tightness, fatigue, and/ or burnout to balance the nervous system. Everyone welcome

  • Pilates Improvers

    This class is a follow-up lesson for those students who can hold their legs on table-top position (90 degree) and can follow the breath and movement synchronization throughout the exercises, enabling them to go deeper into their core awareness journey.
